2025 Registration Information:
Camp Dates: Wednesday, June 25 – Tuesday, August 12
Tuition: $12,900
Payment Schedule:
- A $2000 tuition deposit is payable with the application and is refundable any time before February 15th.
- A tuition payment of $5000 is due on February 15th.
- The balance of the tuition is due on May 15th.
- No reduction is made for late arrival or early departure for any cause other than illness, in which case the loss will be shared equally between family and camp. Please note: Any taxes imposed by the State of Maine will be charged on the final billing.
Introductory Programs:
Wayseeker – 3 1/2 Week Introductory Program for 7, 8, and 9 year old girls
Wayseeker 1: June 25th – July 19th
Wayseeker 2: July 20th – August 12th
Tuition – $8400
Wonder Week – Introductory Program for 7 and 8 year old girls.
Dates: July 13th-July 19th
Tuition: $2400
Included in tuition:
- Personal Account: This includes items such as a yearbook and end of season activity awards.
- Bedding and Laundry: Two wool blankets, a pillow, sheets, pillowcases and hand towel are provided by camp. Personal laundry is done at Camp.
- Maine Adventure Days for Lodgers, Middlers and Sub-Seniors: Each year, campers have the opportunity to explore an activity outside of Camp such as a local hike, stand-up paddling in Casco Bay, a lobster boat excursion, or rock climbing!
Charges not included in the tuition:
- Camper’s Uniform: Camp Wawenock is a uniform camp. Wearing a uniform relieves the campers of the unnecessary stresses sometimes placed on girls, and allows campers to build relationships based on who they really are as individuals. The required uniform is simple and comfortable. Details about purchasing the uniform from our supplier will be sent to enrolled families in January. (Wonder Week campers are not required to wear the camp uniform.)
- Any medical expenses: Campers are required to be covered by family health and accident insurance.
- Horseback Riding Fees: (Optional). Full Season campers may register for riding 2-3 times a week. Costs for the 7-week season is $550-$750 depending on the number of lessons per week, which will be determined by the camp program and staffing. For an additional fee, experienced riders may ride every regular program day (space permitting). If interested please contact Catriona and Andy. Horseback riding fees for Wayseekers: $275-$375, depending on the number of lessons per week.
- Red Cross Lifeguard Training: (Optional) For girls who are 15+ years old and have passed the Red Cross prerequisites. Space is limited and priority given to the oldest campers. $250
- Senior Camper Maine Experience Trips: Girls in the Senior Unit will have the opportunity to go on overnight outdoor experiences. These may include some or all of the following: camping off site, river rafting, rock climbing, biking, hiking, sea kayaking. $225
